Mary Beth has a strong interest in healing herself and helping others. Mary Beth holds a B.A.in Psychology from Loras College.
In 2015, she had a spiritual awakening many of the Clair Abilities. Mary Beth became a certified Integrative Nutrition health coach graduating from Institute Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2015.
In 2018, do to her own desire to transmute what didn’t serve herself and others, she became attuned in Reiki I & II. She has been practicing Reiki and more recently, heart coherence healing, as well as other modalities. All of these energy practices are channeling Source energy.
Through accessing higher frequencies, Mary Beth has the ability to connect or channel the sitter’s higher self, his, her or their own divine intelligence and can access answers with great clarity.. Mary Beth can also access the energy of animals and children who are too young to speak. Through channeling high frequencies, she is able to a clear knowing in the form of a yes or no,. The client should be come prepared with questions that can be answered by a yes or no question. Mary Beth has the ability to discern if the answer is a strong yes or no, can change in the future or if it’s a so so yes or no providing great clarity.
