With a certificate in integrative nutrition from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Mary Beth can also provide evidence-based health coaching. She is also attuned in Reiki I and II and uses this ability to send waves of healing energy to others. Heart Coherence Healing and other modalities are also a part of Mary Beth’s practice always accessing Divine energy. In 2015, Mary Beth had a spiritual awakening and became interested in healing herself and helping others. During this time, she developed many of the Clair abilities. Now she works with clients by using her intuition and the client’s higher self, channeling their own intelligence to get the answers they need.
